Your system.
Your accounts.
A full handover puts your business in control of its code, domain, database, hosting and billing. We confirm each account owner and document recovery steps before launch.
Every key has an owner.
Choose the owner
Use an email address controlled by your business for account ownership and recovery. Confirm who will manage billing and access.
Put the code in your GitHub organization
The repository should belong to an organization your business controls. Give each person their own account and the smallest role they need.
Keep the database and hosting in your name
Place the Supabase project and hosting under an organization you control. Confirm the billing owner, recovery email and who can manage production settings.
Keep the domain and email yours
Your business should control the domain registrar, DNS, business email and payment methods. Record renewal dates and recovery contacts.
Use separate access for every person
Use unique passwords and multi-factor authentication. Invite a named collaborator for support instead of sharing passwords. Remove temporary access after handover.
Write down recovery and restore steps
Keep recovery codes in a secure password manager. Record project names, account owners, backup locations and how to restore the site in private business records.
