Leaving Custom
The exit fee covers the design work spread over your plan. It goes down every year, then disappears.

When you leave, you get the design files. Moving the site somewhere else is a separate service.

How we work together.
- Your accounts
- AI, Google, database, domain: everything paid runs on your own account and key. Your panel shows the limits, lets you switch each one on or off, and tells you "this is paid from your account" before any paid action. We email you when you get close to a limit.
- Your data
- Your data is yours. We only store it, and only use it to run your site while you are with us.
- Order of things
- Agreement, signed contract, payment, then work starts. Responsibility is limited fairly on both sides and written in the contract.
- Delivery
- 15 days is standard. Faster or slower if your project needs it.
- Content
- We enter your content for you. Content from an old site is moved as it is, without rewriting. Rewriting is a separate job.
- Support
- From your panel or by email. We reply within 12 hours and aim to solve problems within 24 hours, then give you a real timeline if it takes longer.
- Log
- Every change, automatic or by hand, is logged in your panel with the time it took.
- Backups
- Every site is backed up every night, encrypted, and kept in two separate places. If something breaks, we restore the last backup and replay the logged changes.
- Late payment
- If a payment is late, the site pauses on its own and shows a polite message until it is settled. Nothing is deleted.
- Signature
- Every site carries a small "Made by Mr. Space" mark at the bottom.
Before you ask.
Can I build it myself with your tools?
No. We are not a site builder. We build it for you and keep it running. In Rent you can change your own logo, text and photos, and in every package you can request changes from your panel.
Which package should I pick?
If you need something good quickly and on a small budget, Rent. If you sell products or take orders and want your own panel, Custom. If you want to own the whole system and maybe have your own developer later, Handover. The start form helps us suggest one.
I already have a website. Do I lose it?
No. We move your content as it is, then organize it. If you want it rewritten, that is a separate job with two to three rounds of revisions.
What does AI cost me?
It runs on your own AI account, so you pay the provider directly, usually a few cents per product. Your panel shows the usage, a limit you set, and warns you before you reach it.
Does it work with my POS, scanner or label printer?
We work with Square today, and with common barcode scanners and label printers. Tell us what you use in the start form and we will check before we agree on anything.
Can you also make cards, tags or NFC products?
Yes. Business cards, NFC tap cards and similar printed items can be ordered from the system, either as a design you buy or as finished products.
